Hi, My names Kate Im 28 years old and grew up in the bottom of the South Island New Zealand. From a young age i was curious about nutrition, having grown up on a farm with balanced meals it has always seemed natural to me. When i left high school I decided to pursue my passion in nutrition by studying at the Southern Institute of Technology. There I learned about, wellbeing, performance, and lifestyles that maximise longevity and performance in sport. I studied for four years completing the Bachelor Of Sport and Exercise Science and experienced working with athletes in nutrition and sports coaching from junior to masters levels. I also provided nutritional advise for a mixture of families working on a budget. My personal hobbies include; cycling, tramping and skiing.

I have competed in road, track, and mountain biking for eight years. Coached juniors in cycling and been a sport activator around a range of schools for the MoveWell lessons.

  • Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science Southern Institute Of Technology – Health Aspects of Exercise and Nutrition.
  • Nutrition for Human Performance and Exercise and Nutrition as Therapy.

The number of follow ups appointments will be depended on you. Most clients have 1-3 follow ups appointments 2-4 weeks between appointments.
